Mahesh Babu new movie is 'Veerudu'. In fact this Mahesh Babu, Mani Ratnam Veerudu is a bilingual movie – Telugu and Tamil and Veerudu could be the title under contemplation for Telugu version.  Veerudu Telugu movie would be Mahesh Babu's multi crore project also involving Vijay, Arya, Vikram, Anushka (Tamil version) and other stars. This movie would be directed by Mani Ratnam and produced by Gemini Film Circuit on a record scale. It was also reported earlier that Mahesh Babu was charging a record Rs. 12 crores remuneration.

Director Mani Ratnam is currently scouting for locations for this Mahesh Babu Veerudu Telugu movie and further this Veerudu movie would be made in 2 parts. Mahesh Babu Veerudu movie is an inspiration from a famous Tamil write up Ponniyin Selvan and Mahesh Babu plays King Chola Raj while Vikram acts as Pallava Raju.

 

For this Mahesh Babu Veerudu Telugu movie, sources say that Mani Ratnam is planning to allocate around 100 crores for first part and another 100 crores for part 2. PC Sreeram cranks the camera for this movie while AR Rahman is scoring the music.
