Varun Tej has been creating waves on social media with Matka. The promotional content released from the movie has been attracting good buzz from all corners. Now,the team has unveiled a new poster from the movie starting countdown for the movie release on 14th November. 

In this new poster, he looks almost close to 1980's Chiranjeevi. The side combed curly hair, the shirts, retro pants and with gun in one hand, cash rolls in front of him, Varun is able to remind us of his uncle in this still. 

1980's Chiranjeevi sported such curly hair look and devil-may-care attitude in many of his primetime films. It is such attitude that made him close to masses. Looks like Varun Tej for Matka took a page from his uncle's illustrious career. 

Matka stars Nora Fatehi, Meenakshi Chaudhary along with Varun. SRT Entertainments, Vyra Entertainments are producing the film in the direction of Karuna Kumar.
