Maverick Filmmaker SS Rajamouli is gearing up for superstar Mahesh Babu's film tentatively titled SSMB 29. Mahesh Babu is currently busy bringing out best version of himself. The pre production work has been going on for almost 9 months. The makers had plans to start the shoot by May end. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the film shoot pushed to September.

SS Rajamouli completed script work and pre production work and also finalizing the locations and actors. Mahesh Babu began his workshop for the various sequences of the film. The story will be locked this week and the look test will start soon.

Recently veteran actor Nassar joined the team as a Tutor to train Mahesh Babu in his speaking dialect in the film. A shocking rumour about the SSMB29 update is creating sensation on social media.

We've reported that there will no update from team on Superstar Mahesh Babu's Birthday, August 9th. Makers planning to reveal a grand update by year-end. The shooting formalities will kick-start by the end of this year and this untitled film will be shot in various countries of the globe. Produced by KL Narayana, the film has Keeravani scoring the music and PS Vinod as the cinematographer. The film is a jungle adventure and it happens in the forests of Africa. SS Rajamouli will direct Mahesh Babu in a globe-trotting forest action-adventure, with the star playing an adventurer.

American-Indonesian actress Chelsea Islan is reportedly playing the female lead. The film might release in May 2026.
