Padma Kasturirangan becomes Head of South for Amazon Prime Video

Padma Kasturirangan, the women behind developing great slate of Telugu originals for  ZEE5 has been now promoted to Head of South, India Originals at Amazon Prime Video. Her highly enigmatic and charismatic personality has been key to bring many celebrities on board and developing a slate of exciting and incredibly popular shows on the said OTT Platforms. 


Her stincts at these platforms has been rich with revered and popular Telugu slate of content that she has been adored by many in the industry. Her penchant to collaborate with talented individuals and bring everyone together inducing team spirit among the co-workers have been exemplary. 

 


Padma went to New York University to finish her film course and then started her illustrious career with Tamada Media, as the head of long form content. She created many IPs and several popular original regional content for the group. 


Later she embarked on a even tougher challenge with ZEE5 and created a spell-binding Telugu slate for them before moving to Amazon Prime Video. Now, with her sheer hardwork and talent, she has been able to become Head of South, India Originals within two years.
