Mass Maharaaj Raviteja joins NO MORE REMAKES stars list?

Mass Maharaaj recently came with Mr. Bachchan, the remake of Hindi film Raid starring Ajay Devgn. The film is considered the biggest flop in Ravi Teja’s career. Directed by Harish Shankar, known for adapting successful films, and produced by People Media Factory.

Despite the film's high profile, it bombed at the box office. A successful director recently approached Ravi Teja with a remake proposal, but the actor declined. Similarly, a producer who had previously advanced money to Ravi Teja also wanted to remake a film with him, but Raviteja showed no interest.

Given the extensive availability of films on OTT platforms and the broad audience they reach, avoiding remakes seems wise for actors. Following a series of flops after Dhamaka, Ravi Teja needs a strong comeback with his 75th film. The string of failures has impacted his non-theatrical revenue and led to a decline in film rights sales.

Currently, Ravi Teja is taking a break to recover from an injury sustained on the set of his upcoming film. He is set to resume shooting for Bhanu Bhogavarapu’s entertainer, which is scheduled for a summer 2025 release. Sithara Entertainments is producing the film, with Sree Leela as the leading lady.
