Plot:
In a village, Lord Shri Krishna's Chakradhari roopam is established. There, Kamsaraju(Devadatta Nage) is the most feared landlord and he doesn't care about law. A fearless CI(Sanjay Swaroop) arrests him but dies in his hands at the court. Still, Kamsaraju gets 21 years jail sentence and he stays in jail waiting patiently to come out.
Before this, in Kasi, an Aghora tells him that his sister Devaki(Devayani)'s third child would kill him. So, he decides to kill Devaki's husband to avoid any sort of complication. After 21 years, Krishna(Ashok Galla) falls in love with Satya(Manasa Varanasi). What is the connection between Satya and Kamsa, Krishna and Devaki, which is different from mythology? Watch the movie to know more.
Analysis:
Prasanth Varma connected the mythology to present social story in a very clever and twisted way. The twist in the commectin delivers an unique theatrical experience as it is unpredictable and highly impressive.
Post the twist, director Arjun Jandyala's screenplay and narrative becomes more effective than the first hour. As the film slowly builds on the regular commercial formula in the first hour but from the twist, it starts engaging us into the second hour.
The director did a good job using high technical values and production values. The movie entertains us while evoking devotion towards Lord Krishna and his story. The makers have cleverly embedded all the popularly known mythological stories surrounding Krishna and Kamsa.
Ashok Galla did a good job in this film. His ease in action scenes and emotional scenes shows his growth as an actor. Manasa Varanasi got a very different role in her debut film and she did a good job. Devdatta Nage did a good job as the antagonist. On the whole, movie manages to entertain us through its runtime.
In Conclusion:
The movie entertains us with solid connections to Mythology.
