Charu Kandhal, 28, the special effects lead of Shahrukh Khan's 'Ra.One' is critically injured in a fatal road accident on Saturday when the auto-rickshaw she was traveling was hit by by a speeding car in Mumbai suburban Oshiwara. Reportedly, Charu Kandhal sustained with multiple fractures on spine and severe injuries on chest and head. Charu's sister Ritu Khandal, friend Vikrant Goyal who were also accompanying her too suffered severe injuries, says local police. Few days ago, Charu Khandal and her team won the National Award in the Special Effects category for 'Ra One'.They were rushed to the near by hospital and currently undergoing the treatment with Charu Khandal battling for life.
