The film showcases Balakrishna in three powerful roles. Saloni, Lakshmi Rai are the heroines and Jayasudha is essaying a crucial role in Adhinayakudu. The makers are planning to release the movie on April 19 instead of earlier planned date April 12. Paruchuri Murlai has directed the movie on Sri Keerthi Creations banner, while ML Kumar Chowdary produces it. Kalyani Malik has composed the music.
