Sree Vishnu has always attracted the audience with variety of movies like “Nedi Nade Oke Katha”, “Brochevarevarura”, “Apatlo Okadundevadu”, “Mental Madilo”. He has attempted various kinds of movies. So how is “Tippara Meesam”? Let us read the movie review.

Story:
Manishankar alias DJ Mani’s father dies in his childhood. With this incident, his mother pampers him a lot as he grows up. Thus he ends up getting addicted to alcohol & drugs during the school going age. After his mother realises this, she joins him in rehab center. So after this incident Mani starts getting angry on his mother as she left him alone. He later starts working in a pub. Now he gets addicted to betting too. During the course of time he owes bookies an amount of 30 Lakh rupees. So how will he repay the debt? Will he get out of all these habits? Will the mother – son patch up? Answers to all these question forms the movie tippara meesam.

Analysis :

The reason for “Arjun Reddy’s” victory was not just big beard, hero’s anger, hero getting addicted to alcohol. There was a reason & a strong story for the hero being angry all the time. There was a past for his addiction to various drugs. There was an emotion behind his breakup. Besides all this, there was a feel in each scene! But why are we discussing Arjun Reddy in Tippara Meesam review? Because, Sree Vishnu’s character in this movie resembles Arjun Reddy. Hero getting addicted to various drugs & alcohol, he being angry all the time makes us remind Arjun’s character. But the director has not shown a solid link for his addiction & being anger.

Performances:
Srivishnu raised his beard and mustache to suit the character. Rugged looks suited him well. Even the character was well-cast! If the scenes were engaging from the beginning, his performance in the climax would have shocked the audience.
But due to direction & screenplay fault, all his skills were wasted in the movie. The love story of the movie is very weak. All the other actors gave more than what was expected!

If audience plan to watch the movie after seeing the posters & teasers, then they will get disappointed for sure. Though Sree Vishnu & Rohini gave their best, the story & direction makes the movie very weak till pre-climax. The feeling of movie not going forward will always be in mind. All in all the movie title is not justified at all!
