Tirupati (Bharath) is an orphan and has good name in the slum where he leads life. To get potable water to the slums, he takes on corrupted minister (Dandapani). Meanwhile, he meets local CI Narasinham (Shayaji Shinde) who hires him as police informer. They bond good friendship. One day Narasiham throws a challenge to Tirupathi that he if he could make his daughter Keerthana (Suhani) fall in love with Tirupathi, he would give Rs 10 Lakhs. The rest of the film is teasing drama between Keertana and Tirupathi and also the revenge episodes between minister and Tirupathi.

Analysis :

Having directed romantic dramas (Chantigaadu and Premikulu) and family dramas (Gundammagaari Manavadu), Lady director B. Jaya tries her hand at commercial mass masala movies. Sawaal proves that Jaya is at ease with mass elements too and also directorial skills have bettered now compared to her earlier movies. Major strengths of the movie are music (Jessy Gift), masala entertainment and the performance of Bharath. Although, Bharath's acting style resembles to that of hero Ravi Teja's, he does it convincingly. Suhani is cute and glamorous but she still looks like a kid. Sayaji Shinde's role as cop is hilarious. M S Narayana's role is extension of Salman Raju, the role that he did in Dubai Seenu. Director Jaya has got able help from music director, cameraman, and editor. Jaya has always been very good at extracting lilting songs and picturising well. Jaya's screenplay is also racier. On the down side, it is too mass and crass elements and the story lacks logic. Second half too is not interesting.

TeluguOne Perspective :

he comedy track looks dry as Brahmanandham and kovai sarala try to make the audience laugh, but only mage to tickle the audience. They play the character of a reporter and a TV anchor respectively. Ms Narayana makes his entry as five Star Solomon Raju and Raghu Babu gives a good performance. Ali plays a role of a god man and mages some meaty dialogues. Coming to the director Jaya, she tried her best to attract the mass audience by adding a item song with Abhinayashri in the beginning of the film and then another item song with the hot Mumaith. But the songs are not so peppy and are not up to the expectation. On the whole this film will just live up to 2 weeks and then it will fade as time passes. But it is sure to get the investments to the producer.
