While traveling in a train Hasini (Sandhya) and Kamal (Kamalakar) get their luggages exchanged due to the intervention of a small time thief Anandam (Ali). Hasini finds Kamal's diamond ring in the bag and her important things remain with Kamal. In search of her luggage she reaches his village. And finds that Kamal is not at home. She gets introduced as his lady love. What happens to her and what is her real identity forms the rest of the story.
Analysis :
Director showed good skills in driving the story with interest. First half entertains but the second half shows some editorial work is left undone. The paradoxical roles of Arundhati fame.. Pashupati and Bommali - roles create good humor. Director must be applauded for the smooth handling of the story

Sandhya:- As the title is Hasini, it is Sandhya who drives the story from beginning till end.
Though a bit overdone, she did justice to her role.Kamalakar:- Performed well. Care should have taken to improve his expressions.Rest of the starcast performed well.Koti:- Gave good music and well scored for background too.Maruthuri Raja:- Penned down good dialogues. Dialogues like -- 'Abaddham aadite apartment kattinanta strong gaa vundaali' entertains the audience.
B.V.Ramana who handled story,screenplay as well as direction gave a soothing comedy sentiment
