Subbu (Aditya Babu) is an easy going youth. Never spares people who opt for wrong ways and opts to correct them by violent ways. As he becomes known for his violent ways, the colleges reject his application. Finally he gets admitted in a women's college. There he falls in love with Subbalakshmi (Roma). She too loves him but prefers to keep silent. The boy too feels shy to express it. Meanwhile her father settles an alliance for her. How Subbu finds ways to reach his girl and how they get united forms the rest of the story.
Analysis :
The story line is the great drawback for the film. How a boy gets seat in a women's college and that too a boy known for his violent ways... makes no sense. Even the girl students ragging the boy creates a sense of vulgarity. The boy's character is made to show that it is right for the hero to drink, getting beaten in the police station and dancing with his father (also a drunken one). Most of the time in the film the hero involves in drinking alcohol. Brahmanandam's role does not have any significance and his talent is left unused. Though the technical departments gave good inputs, the absence of crisp screen play makes it look damp.
