Is NTR Shakti Telugu movie is under pressure? Yes, but this time not for its return on investment (being a high budget movie), but for cricketing reasons. Everyone there's something that creates some annoyance for high budget movie and this time, its cricket's turn.

 

India would be playing its Quarterfinal match against Australia on March 24 and if India wins, then they have to play the semi f-final on March 30 Pakistan with Pakistan. Now all the distributors who have bought Shakti movie rights for huge price now apprehend that the India semi-final (if India proceeds ) match could hamper the movie's openings.

 

It seems that there's huge pressure from the movie's distributors to postpone the movie by a day to March 31st, if India reaches the semi-final stage in the Cricket World Cup. So in all probabilities, Shakti movie release date could be either March 30 or 31. Shakti is directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by Aswini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies banner. Mani Sharma has scored the music and Shakti songs are already topping few chart busters.
