After “Rangastalam”, “Vinaya Vidheya Rama” is Ram Charan’s next flick. But the entire film industry along with the audience have discussed this movie as Boyapati Srinu’s movie rather than Ran Charan’s. In every cinema, Boyapati is known for his fights & dialogues rather than his stories. So how is the movie? Who will be remembered Ram Charan or Boyapati? Let us read the review.
Story:
Four brothers (Prashant, Aryan Rajesh, Madhanandan, Ravi Varma) sit on the railway track to die. The very moment they hear a cry from the bush. As soon as they hear the cry, all of them rush near the bush & take the child to the hospital. They name him Rama (Ram Charan). Five of them happily live as a family. Prashant, Aryan Rajesh & Ravi Varma start working.
An honest IAS officer Bhuvan Kumar (Prashant) will be appointed by the government as an election officer in Bihar.
No one can go against Raja Bhai (Vivek Oberoi) in Bihar. Raja Bhai takes Bhuvan Kumar along with others to the Bihar-Nepal border to kill them. How does Ram save Bhuvan in this situation? Forms the movie story.
Analysis:
“Okkaḍiki training uṇṭe ṭiming ledu... Timing unte training ledu. Sarigga Puttinodu.. Saraina Magadu.. Okkadu Kuda Tagalledu” – is a native mass dialogue of the film. So does the villain have anything solid? No. If we look out for direction there is no dialogue. If we look for dialogue, there is no direction. If both are present, then there is no emotion. All in all, nothing is perfect in the movie.
We have got a new mass hero & let me make him fight. This will make the fans happy. As a director, I will get pass marks – Boyapati Srinu has thought.
There is no story. No proper characterization. No dialogues. Nothing is proper. Everywhere there is fight & only flight.

Performances:
Ram Charan is not doing such a role for the first time. Prior to this role, he has performed like this in 'Racha', 'Bruce Lee' and 'Yevadu'. Ram has done his bit very well. He looked new in the well-built body. Vivek Oberoi has acted well as a villain. Heroine Kaira is seen only in a coule of scenes & in the songs. Rest everyone would be seen on screen but will not be registered in the audience mind.
Finally:
'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' is a tribute to the typical Boyapati trademark style. In the story and direction, there is nothing new. It's not that interesting. Ram Charan has tried entertaining the audience but without proper direction & perfect songs he could not perform his best & ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ just remains as a time pass commercial flick.
