Shruti Haasan departed from Dacoit due to him?

on Oct 15, 2024

Shruti Haasan is currently working in big films like Coolie, Chennai Story and has been scheduled to work in Dacoit with Adivi Sesh. The makers of Dacoit have announced the movie highly with #SeshEXShruti tag all over social media. The collaboration of Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan has become a talking point for the movie.

Now, the reports suggest that Shruti has quit the film citing scheduling conflicts. She could not adjust dates for the film as she is busy with other projects. Also, as Adivi Sesh is taking time to finish his commitments for G2 - Goodachari 2, Dacoit is getting further delayed.

So, Shruti took this decision say reports. But several insiders speculate that she took this decision as she couldn't handle over indulgence of Adivi Sesh into the script. She has been having some creative differences about how her character is being changed and re-worked, suggest few reports.

Some reports also suggest that for Coolie, she had to give more dates to director Lokesh Kanagaraj to finish her portions at one go. As the director and the actor have been part of a musical video, several rumors are afloat that she has been growing in proximity with the director. And hence, she gave more priority to his film.

Well, while such speculations will always be present, the confirmed news is only that she quit Decoit due to dates issue. We have to wait and see, if she will ever address the issue with the filmmakers, if she had any, in future.
