Radhe Shyam First weekend Performance is Disappointing

'Radhe Shyam' has finished its first weekend run. In the Telugu states, the film enjoyed a fairly ordinary weekend. However, the love saga was a disappointment in other languages.

Prabhas is hailed as a true pan-Indian celebrity. His pan-India star image, however, took a beating with this film. Prabhas has lost his market with this film. 'Radhe Shyam' couldn't even get a good start in Tamil Nadu.

Prabhas established his popularity in the North Indian market with a respectable Rs 25 crore opening day with 'Saaho.' However, 'Radhe Shyam' only made Rs 13 crore in its first weekend. It's going to be a major disaster.

The makers of 'Radhe Shyam' aggressively promoted the film in Hindi with the help of T Series. The music in the Hindi version was different (songs were composed by Mithoon). It was shot in both Hindi and Telugu at the same time. Despite this, the film received a very low number of viewers. It would end up being a tremendous loss for the Hindi producers.

Malayalam and Kannada are both neglected. Overall, 'Radhe Shyam' is a flop in other languages after just one weekend.
