During winter season our skin becomes dry due to cold waves. The Best way to nourish your skin is - oil massage. There are quite a number of oils for massaging, some of them can be found in our kitchen itself!
Coconut oil is one of the commonest oil, which would be definitely available at our homes. Usage of coconut oil is a wonderful and natural way to make your hair and skin soft, radiant, and healthy. As Coconut oil is natural, it is free of chemicals and side effects. Ditch your deep conditioners, under-eye creams, and lotions and replace them with coconut oil. Grab a bottle of unrefined coconut oil, which will do wonders for your skin and hair.
Olive oil is rich in vitamins, minerals and natural fatty acids. Now a days Olive is being used in anti-aging skin care products as it is rich in antioxidants, prevents skin aging, delays the onset of wrinkles and fine lines; nourishes and rejuvenates the skin. There are different varieties of olive oil available in the market. Extra virgin olive oil is the best!
Almond oil is rich in Vitamin A, B and E, which are great for skin health. In fact, most skin care products have these vitamins loaded in them. The oil helps in maintaining moisture levels of the skin and gets absorbed instantaneously without clogging the pores.
Take any one variety of oil and apply it over your skin and massage it gently before going to bath. Even after bath, you will see your skin will not become dry. You can check your skin by a nail scratch, if white scratch appears your skin is still dry.
