Trends for the Winter Festive Season!
With Chirstmas and New year arriving, it is once again party season, even in the non-western countries too. Festive gatherings, get togethers, office parties and such give the fashionistas ample oppurtunities to sport the latest trends of winter fashion. If you are also one who is looking to change your looks, then read ahead.
Hair for the Holidays: we are talking about showing off a new hair color here. Try lowlights first, to test, then decide if you would keep your rest of the tresses dark or color fully. Shades gaining steam this season are the sultry ones, soft auburns, icy blondes.
Fo the ladies who are color-shy, try switching up your hair cut to a fishtail or side bang braid. For s party, try a messy bouffant or a sleek, high ponytail which add class.
Fresh face in Winter: just because its a dull winter, you need not use bright colors to make the surroundings look brighter. Though Red Lips are in this season too, balance the other areas of the face. If your eyes are in smoky metallic shades, leave the lips with just a nude gloss. If you choose a bright red or pink for the lips, let the eyes carry only mascara and a soft, earth-toned eyeliner. Whatever you play with the eyes and lips, just add a wind-kissed look to your cheeks, with blush in soft, rosy or bronzes hues.
Dress codes: Westerly festive season it is....the layered Tees and Leather Jackets, Midi-skirts, cozy cashmere sweaters, a white dress, one black dress, silks and strappy stilettos add style and sophistication.
Add details: After the face and the dress, nows the turn to choose the details....try metallic nail lacquers in silver, gold or bronzes for parties, the creamy, opaque, earth and slate colors are perfect for everyday wear. Turn to jewellery now. Try the burgundy and lilac colors that pair perfectly with black dresses, for that office party.
Carry everything with confidence....you are the best!!
