Grape benefits for the face
The sweet and succulent grapes are not only good to taste but the fruit’s seeds also help to strengthen blood vessels and enhance skin elasticity. Which means not only can you eat them you can apply the pulp to your face for added benefits externally. Grape seed oil is rich in moisturising content and also provides Vitamin C and E to the skin.
Try this interesting face mask with grapes. There is no need for any elaborate procedure all you have to do is just mash the grapes and apply it like a mask and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before washing it off.
For Oily Skin: For oily skin you should mash black grapes with some multani mitti (Fuller's earth). To make it in paste form, mix it well with drops of rose water in it. Let it stay for 15 minutes on your face and then rinse it off.
For Dry skin: If you have dry skin you can take mashed black grapes, avocado pulp (optional )and mix the paste with two teaspoons of honey and rose water. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
