A CD with a custom label that includes the bride and groom’s initials is a wonderful favor. Include songs from Sangeeth or the wedding and reception as a reminder of the special day. Sangeeth is no more an only North Indian tradition.
Fruits not flowers
Use artificial fruits to decorate the Mandap or the reception stage, not just flowers. It can be comparatively affordable.
HandMade
Using handmade paper bags or jute bags from a cottage industry will not only look elegant but also support those labourers and the organisation running the business. Sametime those bags can be reused too.
