You could follow any of them and probably make a positive difference in your life. I feel that everything should be done in moderation. I don’t believe in quick fixes or shortcuts when it comes to my health. I truly believe that the key is to do something you enjoy and can maintain.

Daily Healthy Tips Women * Canada’s Health Guide recommends that females have seven servings of fruits and vegetables per day. It is recommended that men have eight. By planning ahead, this is actually quite easy to achieve.
Daily Healthy Tips Women * I have two servings of fruit for breakfast and continue with another serving of either fruits or vegetables with each meal and at snack time.
