We all may not be able to consume Organic food items but try to reduce depending on non-organically grown, Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). well, we dont have to learn these words, but the World is talking!!
To be clear, Organic plant foods are grow naturally without the aid of pesticides, herbicides, hormones and other man-made Toxins.
Organic food items are not easily available and sametime, they are priced high, mostly. If you can only buy a few organic vegetables/ fruits, choose organic versions for produce that can be highly contaminated when pesticides and herbicides are used to grow them.
Most Contaminated when non-organically grown:
Spinach---Palak
Capsicum
Green chillies
Potatoes
Apples
Peaches
Strawberries
Pears
Cherries
Imported grapes
Least contaminated when non-organically grown:
Cauliflower
Sweet corn
Onion
Sweet peas
Banana
Kiwi
Avocado
Mango
Papaya
Pineapple
If you have keenly observed, vegetables/fruits that need the outer layer/peel to be removed for use are least contaminated than those we consume with the skin/peel.
Using organic food, least contaminated food helps us reduce the toxins that piled up in our bodies...eating Brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, eggs, garlic, onion, citrus fruits, beetroots, turmeric will optimize our Liver's ability to aid detoxifying.
More fiber filled foods like Apples, grapes, oats, carrots, pumpkin-sunflower seeds will help remove those toxins!!!
