Tissue paper roll paintings-1

Tissue paper rolls are in use everywhere these days. After the paper is utilised, the cardboard inside can be used in a variety of ways for crafts and painting. Specially, toddlers and children in school can use these cardboard rolls safely for crafts. Here are few ways for engaging kids with paper crafts.

We need:
Tissue paper cardboard rolls
Colors of desired varieties ( acrylic or water)
Canvas or painting sheet
Water
A thick Painting brush
A wide plate to mix colors
A pair of scissors


Get the canvas or painting sheet ready. Make sure the kids dont spill any colors before you start your instructions. Mix the desired colors on a painting tray. With water, dilute the colors a little, so that we can easily dip the cardboard. Cut the cardboard roll with scissors in desired shape and pattern, as shown in the picture. Dip the roll now in colors inorder that paint is absorbed well and start dabbing onto the canvas or painting sheet in a design or pattern you like. Let your kids show their creativity. Make sure to stop them when you think the art is perfect according to you. Kids can be very creative sametime, their naughty sped can spoil the art piece, hence your timely control is important.
