Where do you place honey in your home? In the Kitchen Shelf? Well there is one more place where you need to place honey, not only in your kitchen but also in your bathroom. Honey is the nature’s perfect food and also very beneficial for your skin.
Honey promotes moisture maintenance.
Pamper your skin with honey in any of the following ways.
1. Honey bath
2. Milk and Honey Bath
3. Honey and Lemon sugar scrub
4. Honey and salt scrub
HONEY BATH
Take a tablespoon of honey and mix it with warm water. Have bath with this water.
MILK AND HONEY BATH
Items you need:-
1-2 cup sea salt
2 tablespoons baking soda
1 cup boiling water
1 cup honey
1 cup milk
10 drops of Vanilla oil
Dissolve sea salt and baking soda in bath water. Add honey and milk in boiling water. Add this honey-milk mixture to bathwater. Add vanilla oil to it. Blend all the ingredients well.
HONEY AND LEMON SUGAR SCRUB
Items required:-
21/2 cups sugar
2 cups sweet almond oil
4 tablespoons honey
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 drops lemon essential oil (More can be added provided how stronger you want the scent)
Mix thoroughly all these ingredients in small bowl.
Keep adding more honey till you et a creamy texture.
Take a handful of scrub and apply to damp face, neck, hands, and/or whole body. Leave mixture on the skin for 10 to 20 minutes.
Rinse well with warm water.
Pat skin dry with a soft towel.
HONEY SALT SCRUB MASK
Items required:-
1 cup sea salt powder
2 tablespoons Rhassoul clay powder
2 tablespoons milk (powder or whole milk)
1/3 Jojoba Oil
1 tablespoon honey powder
Mix thoroughly all these ingredients in small bowl.
Keep adding more honey till you et a creamy texture.

Avoid soaking your hair in the mixture 54235The presence of salt in the mixture is not good for hair.
Not recommended for regular showering.
For really soft and smooth skin, after bath when your skin is still wet, slather on some good quality honey.
