Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day for naturally glowing skin.

One should sleep minimum of 7-8 hours, lack of sleep can lead to dark circles and puffy eyes.

Regular exercising improves blood circulation throughout the body; and also keeps away wrinkles, unclogs pores and helps nourish the skin.

Take 2-3 cups green tea every day; it is packed with antioxidants that help your skin look younger and healthier.

Eat healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals such as fresh fruits and green veggies; due to which your skin will glow.
Face pack for glowing skin
Ingredients
• Curd
• Lemon juice
• Olive oil
• Rose Water
Method
• Mix half a cup of curd with 2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice and Olive Oil. Mix all these ingredients well to make a paste.
• Wash your face, and then apply the paste on your Skin. Leave it for 20 minutes till it dries.
• Dab a cotton ball in rose water and remove the mask.
• Wash your face after an hour, as this will keep your skin nourished and glowing.
