Dallas TX. Mother Land, Society’s and cultural values are still proved to be at first place for the NRI Engineers even after 20 years reliving college life, sharing wonderful memories, reminiscing cherished moments, committing to a social cause, contribution to home country celebrating friendship was the theme at the “Bees Saal Baad” college reunion of NRI engineers currently living in USA and Canada We have people come in to Dallas for this occasion from various states from all over US and even from neighboring countries like Canada .They first met in year 1988 when they joined their engineering college- KITS, Ramtek,Nagpur University . Like most college friends, few of them were in touch over the years and some are Entrepreneurs, Small Businessmen, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Management personal working for various multinational companies but in their hearts they are always proud to be Indian This was evident when they all showed up for the huge college reunion planned in Dallas.

The event was organized at a 100 acre resort that offers similar ambiance as their engineering college hostel days. Staying true to their roots, the event was kicked off with everybody paying a tribute to the Indian national anthem, remembering friends that are not anymore with them – a very touching moment for everybody. Watching pictures and videos of college and Ramtek town took everybody down the memory lane .Celebrations continued with sports and other cultural activities that brought all the memories of college days to life.

The event was a huge success as several social issues were dicussed like present political scenarios were been discussed in this event and as NRI what would be the best we can contribute to back home and it has been proposed to take up a village and contribute for the education of the people and infrastructure in future.Demonstrating social responsibility and love for the mother land, everybody at the event agreed to channel this energy to a good social cause. supporting the Alma Matter, helping the town of Ramtek, donating to charitable institutions that are caring for under privileged children in need of education and health care in India. This mega event has been organized under the supervision of Dallas residents Ravi Karumuru, Murali Krishna Chadalawada, Srinivas Reddy Kunadi and Sridhar Reddy Bommineni.
