Hyderabad: The joint collectors’ appointment in the newly formed districts or in the districts which are reorganized might cause new problems for government of the state of Telangana. The officials of Group I from the departments of Non-Revenue are upset as non- IAS background officials might be appointed by the government of Telangana because of the shortage of civil service officials. The Group I officers association’s president, Mr M Chandrashekar Goud in this regard said that Telangana Administrative Service was the only solution that’d to justice to all the officers of Group I and that were hopeful of the government of Telangana executing that in the near future.
