The omnipresent problem the whole world seems to be facing is –STRESS.Enough has been said , written and sermonsied as to how one can overcome it.But we beg to differ from those other suggestions and present some user-friendly tips to bust stress at work and home. Begin your day with pranayama or yogic breathing exercises. This breathing exercise is great to calm your mind and keeps you energised through the day.

Make a to-do list for the day. Both work related and home related. This keeps you organized and you will ensure that your work gets completed and there is no spill over for the day.If anything does get left over , quickly have that on the to-do-list for the next day.

Use your Smart phones/gadgets for saving all appointments and errands. This will ensure that you get all your work done and don’t overstretch yourself.

Now we all know this one but could still try and have session at work or home for 15 minutes and get together for a laughter session.Or just go through the jokes on your phone or web for some fun time. Laughter is the best remedy and always make sure you surround yourself with positive people that keep you laughing throughout.

Take a walk .You could do this after your lunch session. It works as an exercise and also helps you to get some Sunshine vitamin – we meant Vitamin D!  and boost your spirits.Only make sure you do this within your allotted lunch break.

After you are back at home spend some quality time .Look at old pictures of friends and family! Whenever you’re down, just flip through an old Facebook/photo  album of good times you've had in the past.

If you are interested in cooking it happens to be an excellent stress buster and you could whip a mean  for yourself or your family and enjoy the meal together
