Hyderabad: A flash strike has been declared by the Private Degree Colleges’ Association asking the state to release Rs 200 Crore with regard to fee reimbursement dues. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, the general secretary of the association, said in this regard that, they had informed Osmania and Kakatiya Universities’ vice chancellors that they had decided to boycott the supplementary exams that might take place from 15th of October. Whereas, Prof S Ramanchandram, the vice chancellor of OU said that, the officials were examining whether exams could be conducted in government colleges and whether inconvenience would be caused to the students.
