In a bizarre and mind boggling case, a German transgender man gives birth to a baby boy. The man was born a woman but later decided to lead the life of a man and has been taking hormone replacement therapies ever since. He, however, retained his female reproductive organs and recently gave birth to a baby through artificial insemination.

The man gave birth to the child at home with the help of a mid-wife as he did not want to be registered as the mother of the child in ant German hospital. This has made him the first man to give birth in Germany.
