Even though Banana is one of the most affordable fruit, its also treated as a dreaded one off late.There are many notions that banana makes you fat, its not diabetic friendly etc.


Yes it has a high level of sugar content in it but, we should also know that banana is packed with lots of nutrients to benefit your health in several ways. Eating bananas on a regular basis prevents heart ailments and controls high blood pressure.


Bananas also help maintain regular bowel movements, regulate heart rhythm and maintain good eye health. The only thing we should remember is the time when we need to eat this fruit. Its recommended by dietitians that morning breakfast time is the best to eat Banana,and late night eating the worst. So go Bananaaazzzz!!!!
