AP By polls 2012: The Congress party has more or less finalized the candidates for the forthcoming by-elections to 18 assembly seats and Nellore Lok Sabha seat, scheduled to be held on June 12. 1. Emmiganuru: Rudra Goud The Congress Party has almost finalized the list of candidates for various constituencies that are going for bye polls in May – June 2012. Candidates for another seats are expected to be declared by late in the evening. Going by the list, the Congress high command has refused to entertain the request of roads and buildings minister Galla Aruna Kumari for the party ticket to her son Galla Jayadevi for Tirupati assembly seat. Even Chiranjeevi’s recommendation has not been considered. Similarly, the high command is learnt to have convinced Gangula Pratap Reddy to contest Allagadda seat.
