Impressed by the service activities of Sai Oral Health Foundation, two prominent Telugu doctors Sai Ram Atluri and Pratha Atluri from Cincinnati, USA have donated US$60,000 to it, through TANA Foundation.

The Sai Foundation has been running free of cost dental clinics for school children and poor people in Hyderabad, Krishna, Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda districts. Every week over 400 patients are being treated at these clinics. Dr. A.S.Narayana, organizing secretary of the Sai Foundation said in a statement. Dr.Narayana said the foundation had also been sponsoring cataract surgeries and treatment of other eye ailments for the poor at M.S.Reddy Lions Eye Hospital and L.V.Prasad Eye institute here.

Another service was to the fluorosis affected people in seven villages of Nalgonda district by setting up de-fluoridation plants.
