Botcha Satyanarayana is gets green signal from the party high command on Thursday for appointment of District Congress Committee presidents and revamp of the PCC. AICC general secretary Ghulam Nabi Azad, after an hour long discussion in Delhi, reportedly told Satyanarayana to go ahead with the exercise. Satyanarayana in fact did a lot of homework in the recent past in this regard, but with the party high command asking him to wait in the wake of frayed tempers over the delay in announcement of a decision on Telangana, he could not do anything. As the Congress is beginning to allow itself the luxury of the first stirrings of hope that there may not be any jolt on the T issue at least in the near future, the PCC chief has got the go ahead signal.
