A division bench of Chief Justice Nissar Ahmad Kakru and Justice Vilas Afzalpurkar on October 11 decided that they would look into all the papers in the case pertaining to allegations levelled by the Minister and today rejected the suo motu case on the reason that the court s precious time cannot be wasted on such allegations.
