Major Fire Accident in Jeedimetla Chemical Factory

A major fire accident took place Monday morning in Jeedimetla industrial area, when the barrels of chemicals stored in a building exploded. The entire building got engulfed in fire immediately and heavy property loss is reported.
Four Fire Engines have reached the spot and rescue operations are in progress. No loss of life or injury has been reported sofar, though heavy property loss is expected. The police are investigating the cause of fire and damage assessment is being done. Sources inform that the fire has been controled and there is no danger of it spreading further. It may take some more time to put off the fire completely, told the fire fighting personnel.
