Charge Sheet 2: Jagan to Attend CBI Court On June 11

The Special Court dealing with Jagan's illegal assets case has ordered Jagan to attend before them on June 11th. Looks like, the special court is tightening noose around Jagan as his judicial custody will end on the same date. In a major setback to Jagan, CBI court has considered the 2nd charge sheet in disproportionate assets case as a 'special case' and ordered the A1, A2 and A3 to attend before court on June 11th. They are Jagan, Vijayasai Reddy and Jagathi Publications respectively.
Court issued a warrant to Chanchalguda Jail authorities to present Jagan before the court on above said date, and issued summons to Vijayasai and Jagathi regarding their attendance. This charge sheet deals with 30 crores invested by other state businessmen in Jagathi Publications. There are allegations that the businessman has accused Jagan and Vijayasai of threatening them with dire sequences if they fail to invest. Rather getting bail, these charge sheets might force Jagan to stay back in barracks of Chanchalguda till 2014 elections.
