CM Kiran Submits Report on By Polls to Sonia

The Andhra Pradesh chief minsiter Kiran Kumar Reddy, who is in Delhi along with PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, has submitted a report to AICC president Sonia Gandhi on Congress defeat in the recently concluded bypolls. It is known that high command was apparently unhappy over the results and asked PCC chief to submit a report. Botsa earlier went to Delhi and submitted his report and today he accompanied the CM to Delhi wherein CM gave his report on bypolls. The sources said that Sonia Gandhi read the letter written by Congress leader Shankar Rao who, in his letter said, the defeat in bypolls was not Congress party defeat but the defeat of Kiran sarkar. He has held CM and Botsa Satyanarayana responsible for the results.
