Yet another headache popped up for AP chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, with the high command suggesting induction of former PCC president and MLC D Srinivas in to the state cabinet. Video Source: tv9
According to sources, while allowing the AP CM to go ahead, the high command has put limits on the cabinet expansion. He is told to fill only three ministerial berths that have fallen vacant in the Telangana region and to allot one post D Srinivas, who is considered to be in good books of Smt. Sonia Gandhi. Kiran Kumar has reportedly expressed his apprehensions about the former PCC chief becoming yet another power center in the state and requested the high commmand not cause new headcahes for him at this juncture. But, the higher ups in the Congress are said to be strongly willing to see that D Srinivas is accommodated in the state cabinet.
