BJP Eying Parakala Seat in Upcoming Bypolls

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is eying to win the Parakala seat in the upcoming bypolls for 18 assembly constituencies in the state. With its unexpected win from Mahboobnagar in the recent bypolls, the BJP spirits are soaring high and it is very confident of winning from Parakala also.
According to sources, the party has already has a strategy in place to scuttle the chances of Konda Surekha, on whose disqualification the bypoll is necessiated. The BJP is of the view that the people have lost their faith in TRS party and have come to a conclusion that TRS can not achieve the goal of a separate Telangana state. Since there is no other party sincerely trying for Telangana, they have no other way but to cling to TRS. Here, BJP wants to project itself as more capable than TRS in achieving Telangana and bag the seat. Already four BJP aspirants are there in line to contest from Parakala, out of whom the party has to choose one.
