Amar Sing Launching New Political Party

Senior politician Amar Singh, who has been expelled from Samajwadi Party, is shortly going to launch a new political party. Amar Singh's younger brother Arvind Singh said that the new party's name would be 'Rashtriya Lokmanch'. The process of getting the new party registered and allotment of symbol is in the final phase at the Election Commission of India. He said that it was expected that the party would be formally constituted by the month end after registration with the Election Commission.
Arvind Singh termed the Uttar Pradesh government's decision to hand over the proposed Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences at Azamgarh to private sector as an injustice to the people of Poorvanchal. He also announced the name of Manoj Yadav as Rashtriya Lokmanch's candidate from Sikanderpur seat for the 2012 state Assembly elections.
