Even as reports suggest the possibility of the CBI arresting the YSR Congress chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy when he goes to its office Friday, police have slapped prohibitory orders all over the district from today to May 29, as a precautionary measure. District SP Msnish Kumar Sinha has said that intense patrolling was taken up in areas under 66 police stations in the district. The SP who has called the YSR Congress leaders for a discussion, has said they had assured that they would only protest peacefully in case it becomes necessary.
Tension is prevailing in this native district of Jagan and the stronghold of the YSR family ever since news broke out about his possible arrest.
