CM Kiran is not going according a plan, before violating the instructions set by high command in place. These words found their place in AP state Congress affairs in charge, Ghulam Nabi Azad's report to high-command about the situation in state. In the wake of Congress ambassador from Delhi, Vayalar Ravi submitting his report in favour of CM Kiran, Azad's report against him sounded as a shock. He felt utter dismay for Kiran's government failing to use the funds released for welfare schemes with the election schedule falling in. ‘Had they started working out on these schemes immediately when we lost the by-polls in T-region, we would have been in a commanding position for the polls in Andhra region', feels a depressed Azad.
However his report on Kiran made the state Congress cadres shiver, with many of them losing hopes on winning tickets for their candidates. In the midst of this turmoil, Chiru getting the remote-control from high-command's hand is something that cannot be understood.
