Rowdy Vijay Deverakonda is recently came up with Family Star and it disappointed everyone. The actor's much awaited project with Jersey fame Goutam Tinnanuri is also in the production stage. Tentatively titled VD12, the movie will showcase Vijay as a spy agent.
The makers began shooting recently and successfully completed an intensive 30-day shooting schedule in the picturesque city of Vizag. Now, the dynamic duo of Vijay Devarakonda and director Gowtham Tinnanuri are all set to embark on a month-long schedule in the scenic locales of Sri Lanka.
This crucial part of the production promises to be both challenging and rewarding, as it involves shooting some of the film's most pivotal sequences. The team is expected to depart later this week.
Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander known for instant charbusters is scoring the music. It is known that Sree Leela opted out of the film due to excessive glamour dose. The makers locked Bhagyashri Borse as female lead.
VD12 is being bankrolled by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Srikara Studios is presenting the movie while Anirudh Ravichander is rendering the tunes.
