No influence of MIM on metro realignment: KCR

It is not a big secret that ruling TRS party badly needs MIM party support to win the upcoming GHMC elections. So, CM KCR is giving utmost importance to MIM. He takes MIM leaders suggestions into consideration in realignment of the Hyderabad metro rail project. He even let MIM MLA Akbaruddeen take part in the discussions with L&T Company representatives held two days ago.
BJP MLAs have strongly protested in the Assembly for succumbing to MIM’s pressures. However, CM KCR said that he has not invited Akbaruddeen to join his meeting with Company representatives but he happen to come there when the meeting was taking place. He said, however he has not taken a final decision on realignment of the project. He assured that an all-party meeting will be convened soon and will take a collective decision on the realignment.
However, media reports that CM KCR has proposed three major changes in the metro rail project for which L&T Company representatives positively responded. So, there is no use of convening an all-party meeting when he took a final decision. If, the opposition parties also suggest some changes in the metro line, can the state government afford to oblige them, the way it obliges MIM suggestions? If can’t then what is the use of conducting all-party meeting, except to bluff them.
