CBI Court allows Jagan to go to Jerusalem

YSR Congress party President Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was given conditional bail by the CBI court nearly a year ago, has appealed it to allow him to renewal his passport and to go on a holy tour to Jerusalem. However, the CBI strongly objects for his foreign visit. It argues that an offender like him shouldn’t be permitted to leave the country, even though it is for a holy tour. But, after hearing the CBI arguments, the court permitted him to renewal his passport and also to go to Jerusalem.

However, since Enforcement Directorate also has filed a charge sheet against him in money laundering case, he may need to take clearance from it also otherwise it also may raise objections to his foreign visit.
