YSR Congress party President Jagan Mohan Reddy speaking in the Assembly today said that his party is withdrawing the no-confidence notice served against the Speaker Dr. Kodela Shivaprasada Rao. Jagan while announcing this admitted that his party doesn’t have sufficient strength to pull down the Speaker from his chair. He said their intention is not to pull down him from his chair but to bring to his notice about his party’s agony over the unwanted developments taken place in the Assembly.
Jagan Mohan Reddy assured the Speaker that his party MLAs will behave decently with him in future. The YSRCP MLAs have apologized to the Speaker and he also excused them. Hence, the dust seems to be settled at the end of the present Assembly budget sessions.
But, are any of his decisions taken during the current sessions can be justified or helpful to his party anyway? Even his own party MLAs may not agree with his decisions. He admits that his party does not have sufficient strength to pull down the Speaker from his chair. Yet, he served no trust notice against the Speaker despite knowing this fact.
