AP to conduct Eamcet Exams in Hyderabad also

Andhra Pradesh state government will be conducting Eamcet exams on 9th May. Besides 13 districts in the state, it is also conducting Eamcet exams in Hyderabad also for the students who wish to pursue their higher studies in the AP state.Hence, the AP Higher Educational Council is making arrangements to set-up examination centers in Hyderabad also.

AP Human Resources Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that the Telangana government is cooperating for conducting Eamcet exams in Hyderabad. He said around 30, 000 students are expected to appear for the exams. We are making all necessary arrangements for a smooth conduct of exams.”

AP and Telangana state governments are conducting Eamcet exams separately. Telangana Eamcet convener NV Ramana Rao said that 30, 000 students from AP are appearing for the Eamcet exams to be conducted by the Telangana government. Out of them, 20,000 have are applied for medical courses. In this context it would be interesting to know equal number of students from Hyderabad are appearing for the Eamcet exams to be conducted by the AP government.
