Cardamum powder                  -1ts
Cashwenuts                              - 1 tbs
Raisins                                      -1tbs
Ghee                                          - 1tbs

•    Take a thick bottomed kadai and  put grated coconut, sugar and condensed milk in to that and mix well. Heat the mixture on a very low flame, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
•    Once heated, cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai (approx 5 minutes), remove from fire and let it cool.
•    Add cardamom poweder to this mix.
•    Now take a small pan and put 1tbs ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins till they turn in to brown colour. Now add these dry fruits to coconut mix.
•    Allow the content to cool and roll into laddoos with oiled hands.
