Sushma Swaraj has been nicknamed as the Super woman by the social media for her rocket speed replies and solutions to issues that are being tweeted to her official twitter handle. And now the secret of it is out. The External affairs minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "paradigm shift" in foreign policy is in fact the reason for her Twitter behaviour. Swaraj said that in fact today, "Indians in distress abroad feel the government back home cares for them.
This has raised their courage." Swaraj said that keeping track of and reaching out to Indians in distress abroad was earlier "never a priority" for the External Affairs Ministry before. "The PM has himself said that 'this ministry was about having fancy dinners wearing suit and boot'. But today our embassies remain on toes," Ms Swaraj said. She responds to almost all the distress calls online, not only that, you even can see some chance interactions she has with people with weird requests for her.
There are some adorable messages for her too, like this one which read, “@SushmaSwaraj my daughter # Fancy dress competition # national leader # SUSHMA SWARAJ……” he tweeted, along with a photo of his daughter Riya, wearing a pretty purple sary, a sark blue jacket with red piping, and the BJP stole. Swaraj tweeted back to her mini version, saying she loved her jacket. “Oh ! I love your jacket”, tweeted the minister, who is known for often wearing handloom jackets with her saris.
